The switch transmitter modules is self-powered and requires no batteries and is fully maintenance free. It can therefore be used in all environments, including locations that are difficult to reach or within hermetically sealed housings.
The receiver is wired near to the lamp holder then paired with the wireless switch, meaning there is no wiring required - ideal for awkward areas where wiring to a light switch is problematic.
