Made for Movement
The headband keeps both hands free and holds the light in the direction the user is looking. Output can be reduced on climbs or illuminated paths to conserve power, then increased for descents, uneven ground and darker trail sections.
Red Light for Close Work
The red channel offers several useful outputs rather than a single token setting, reaching up to 130 lumens for broader close-range visibility. Lower red levels remain available for map reading and equipment checks around other people.
Straightforward Mode Selection
The HL45R’s rotary interface allows quick, deliberate changes between white and red lighting without a long sequence of button presses. This is useful when moving between navigation, close work and situations where a lower-glare red beam is preferred.
Replaceable Battery & Convenient Charging
Power comes from a removable rechargeable battery, so the user is not tied to a permanently sealed cell. A compatible spare can extend working time away from a charger and the battery can be replaced independently of the light.

IP66, weatherproof and dustproof protection makes the light suitable for poor weather and dirty working conditions. To maintain that protection, seals, charging covers and battery compartments need to be clean and fully closed before exposure to water.
