How Do I Order?

What Payment Options Do You Accept?
Our payments are processed securely through SagePay where we accept a variety of card types, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also use PayPal to pay for your order.

Can You Provide Lighting Designs?
Yes, we can provide lighting designs for many of our products. Please get in touch with us should you require this service. We will need to know the dimensions of the room along with the height(s) the lights will be mounted at. Any additional information such as natural light levels, required lux levels etc. will also be needed.
Which Companies Do You Use To Deliver?
We use numerous courier companies to best meet the needs of customer and the items you have ordered. The majority of our deliveries will be made through Interlink Express. We also use FedEx and Royal Mail.
Which Countries Do You Deliver To?
We delivery to UK and Ireland. It is possible for us to deliver to other countries, but please get in touch with us as this will raise an additional delivery cost.
Can I Pay By Bank Transfer or Cheque?
Yes. We accept payment by both cheque and bank transfer. Please contact us for our bank details so you can make a bank transfer. Alternately, we also accept cheques (payable to 'RETAIL CENTRE LTD'). Please allow a few working days for your cheque to clear before expecting delivery.
