From versatile rechargeable torches to powerful searchlights, the P Series covers almost every requirement. Use this straightforward guide to find the right size, power and features without paying for anything you do not need.
The mid-to-high-end rechargeable models suit most regular users and receive the strongest recommendations below. Compact and alkaline models remain useful where small size, disposable batteries or occasional use matter more than outright performance.
Best For Most Customers
Professional And Extreme Performance
These decisions will usually reduce the range to two or three sensible choices.
The P7R leads because its output, range, runtime and manageable size make it the strongest all-round choice. The other recommendations focus primarily on mid-to-high-end models, with compact options included only for specific requirements.
The P7R is the model to start with when you are unsure. It combines 2000 lumens, a 320 metre beam, IP68 protection, up to 80 hours of runtime and an intuitive Mode Select Ring.
The P6R offers 1200 lumens, a 320 metre beam and up to 65 hours of runtime. It is smaller and lighter than P7R while retaining USB-C charging and IP68 protection.
The P5R delivers 750 lumens and a 280 metre beam in a compact 99 g body. Dual Power allows an AA battery to be used when charging is unavailable.
P5R Pro and P7R Pro add natural white light with CRI 80, a charging station, protective elements and a two metre drop rating. Choose P5R Pro for compactness or P7R Pro for greater output and runtime.
The P18R produces 6500 lumens with a 600 metre beam. It provides genuine searchlight performance in a much more portable 651 g format than the flagship P21R.
The P21R is a specialist 12,000 lumen searchlight with an 1100 metre beam, One-Touch Focus, charging station, tripod adapter and shoulder strap.
The P7 reaches 650 lumens and 400 metres using four AAA batteries. Choose it when serious range is required but maintaining a rechargeable battery is unsuitable.
The slim P4R provides 300 lumens, USB-C charging and disposable-battery backup. It is the compact recommendation when a conventional torch would be unnecessarily bulky.
Choose P3 for simple alkaline operation or P3R for rechargeable everyday carry. Both include a keyring and an adjustable beam in a genuinely pocket-sized format.
Not every customer needs every feature. Here is what the main P Series technologies actually change in use.
Moves smoothly between a wide flood beam for nearby tasks and a concentrated spot beam for distance, allowing one torch to handle both types of lighting.
Rapid Focus allows fast one-handed beam adjustment on selected compact models. P18R and P21R use One-Touch Focus to make controlling their larger searchlight beams easier.
P2R, P3R, P4R, P5R and P5R Pro can use compatible disposable batteries as a backup. This is useful for travel, emergency kits and remote work.
Found on P7R, P7R Pro, P18R and P21R, the ring provides quick access to lighting modes, the transport lock and charging port.
P5R Pro and P7R Pro use a neutral 4500-5500 K beam with CRI 80 for more natural colour reproduction during detailed inspection work.
The standard rechargeable, Pro and searchlight models are rated IP68. Compact alkaline and rechargeable models are IP54 rated for everyday indoor and outdoor use.

P7R is our strongest overall recommendation and the bestseller in this range. Its 2000 lumen maximum output, 320 metre beam, up to 80 hours of runtime, IP68 protection and Mode Select Ring suit a broad mixture of home, professional and outdoor uses.
P5R is the smallest and lightest and includes disposable-battery backup. P6R steps up to 1200 lumens with a strong size-to-performance balance. P7R provides the greatest output and runtime and is the best all-round recommendation.
Choose Pro when natural colour reproduction, a charging station and additional protection are valuable for your work. For general home, outdoor or trade use, standard P5R or P7R will usually offer better value.
P18R is a more portable 6500 lumen searchlight with a 600 metre beam. P21R is substantially larger and heavier but reaches 12,000 lumens and 1100 metres and includes a tripod adapter and shoulder strap.
Choose rechargeable for regular use, higher performance and lower ongoing battery costs. Choose alkaline when the torch will be used occasionally, stored for emergencies or needs instant battery replacement.
P2R, P3R, P4R, P5R and P5R Pro feature Dual Power Source capability, allowing compatible disposable batteries to be used when the rechargeable battery cannot be charged.
P5R, P6R, P7R, both Pro models, P18R and P21R are rated IP68. The compact alkaline and rechargeable models are rated IP54. Always secure charging covers and battery compartments correctly.
