The HF4R RGB is a powerful, lightweight head torch offering up to 400 lumens on power mode with a beam of up to 120 metres. (Boost mode can be activated when more light is needed, offering 650 lumens for a short time).
This head torch offers a 3 hour running time on its power setting, making it ideal for long activities in the great outdoors.
The white light is for general illumination, red is to preserve night vision, green is for hunting at night and fog, while the blue is for night fishing, map reading, forensics and police work.
The battery status indicator and low-battery warning show when it is time to recharge. The supplied 1350mAh rechargeable battery charges via USB-C in approximately 3.5 hours. It can also run on standard disposable batteries if you are caught short on charge. The battery can be charged inside the unit, eliminating the need to remove the battery to charge it. The second generation of HF head torches also has removable batteries.
The transportation lock ensures that the light isn't switched on by accident when in a bag or in storage.
The HF4R RGB is drop tested to 1.5 metres and IP67 rated for protection against dust and temporary immersion in water. Its detachable, washable headband features a camouflage design suited to fishing and hunting equipment. Working temperature range of -20º to +40ºC so suitable for virtually all conditions. The headband is highly comfortable and is also detachable and washable.
