Reliable Standby Power
The valve regulated design uses an absorbent glass mat separator to hold the electrolyte and gas recombination to reduce water loss. No topping up is required; regular inspection and testing are still needed.
Choosing The Correct Battery
Match the voltage, capacity, dimensions, terminal type and polarity to your equipment before ordering. This model has Faston - 4.75mm terminals and a standard ABS case. Use a charger or charging circuit suitable for AGM VRLA batteries.
Design Life And Installation
Yuasa specifies a design life of up to five years at 20°C, with a EUROBAT classification of three to five years. This is a design-life rating, not a warranty. Install upright or on its side, up to 90° from upright, in a suitably ventilated location.
