Exceptional Long-Range Performance
The Luminus SFT70 Gen 2 LED and smooth reflector concentrate the C7 V2.0’s output into a powerful long-range beam. Turbo reaches up to 575m, making the torch particularly useful for inspecting large sites, checking fields and buildings, searching outdoor areas or identifying hazards well ahead.
High still reaches 387m while reducing the demand on the battery. Medium provides a useful 205m beam for routine security patrols, maintenance and outdoor work where maximum output is unnecessary.
Useful Light At Every Output
Although the C7 V2.0 is designed around long-range performance, its lower settings remain highly practical. Low produces 100 lumens with a 101m beam and can operate for up to 32 hours, making it suitable for extended inspection and general-purpose use.
Eco provides 30 lumens for up to 79 hours while still reaching 55m. This makes it useful during prolonged power cuts, overnight work or emergency situations where conserving the remaining battery is essential.
Magnetic Hands-Free Lighting
A powerful magnet in the tail cap allows the C7 V2.0 to be attached to suitable steel surfaces. This turns the torch into a hands-free work light when inspecting machinery, working beneath a vehicle or carrying out maintenance inside cabinets and plant rooms.
The torch can also stand upright on its tail, allowing light to be directed upwards into a room, tent or enclosed working space.
Removable 21700 Battery
The C7 V2.0 is supplied with a high-capacity Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 rechargeable 21700 battery. The removable battery can be replaced independently when it eventually wears out or exchanged for a compatible charged battery during longer periods away from a power source.
This replaceable power system makes the C7 V2.0 particularly practical for overnight work, security patrols and extended outdoor use where waiting for the torch to recharge may not be convenient.
USB-C Charging
The supplied battery can be charged inside the torch through its protected USB-C port. A complete charge takes approximately three hours when the light is connected to a suitable charging source.
An indicator beneath the side switch displays the remaining battery level and charging status. The torch can also provide illumination while connected to a charging source, although the available output may be limited during charging.
The charging-port cover must be closed correctly before the torch is exposed to water, dust or dirt.
Simple Single-Switch Operation
A single side switch controls the five regular brightness levels. Holding the button switches the torch on or off, while a short press moves through Eco, Low, Medium, High and Turbo.
Strobe and SOS are placed in a separate flashing group, helping prevent them from being activated accidentally while moving between the normal brightness levels.
The memory function recalls the last-used setting below 1000 lumens. This allows Eco, Low or Medium to be retained as the preferred starting level rather than activating one of the highest outputs whenever the torch is switched on.
An electronic lockout prevents accidental activation while the C7 V2.0 is being transported in a bag, toolbox or vehicle.
Emergency Signalling Modes
The 2500-lumen Strobe provides a rapidly flashing high-output signal for attracting attention or disorientating a potential threat. The 100-lumen SOS mode provides a recognised emergency signal when assistance is required.
