The Fenix HM23 V2.0 is a compact AA-powered head torch that can also be removed from its holder and used as an angle light. Its 300-lumen white beam reaches up to 88m, while the magnetic tail and two-way pocket clip provide useful hands-free mounting away from the headband. A single replaceable AA battery keeps the light simple to power during work, travel and outdoor activities.

One Light, Several Mounting Options
The lamp clips securely into the headband holder for conventional hands-free lighting and can be tilted through 150 degrees to place the beam precisely. Remove it from the holder and it becomes a compact right-angle torch. The two-way clip attaches to a pocket, strap or belt, while the magnetic tail holds the light on a suitable steel surface when both hands are needed.
Simple AA Power
One AA alkaline battery is supplied, so replacements are easy to find and can be fitted immediately. The HM23 V2.0 also accepts compatible AA Ni-MH batteries and Fenix ARB-L14-U series 1.5V USB-rechargeable batteries. This gives the user a choice between readily available disposable power and reusable cells.
The head torch has no charging port and does not charge batteries internally. Standard 3.6V or 3.7V 14500 Li-ion batteries must not be used, as their higher voltage can damage the light.
White And Red Lighting
Three white-light settings cover close work, general movement and longer-distance visibility. The red light is useful for reading, checking equipment and working around other people with less glare, while the flashing red mode can serve as a location marker when required.
Made For Demanding Use
The aluminium body combines low weight with strong everyday protection. It is IP68-rated against water and dust, tested to withstand a 2m impact and designed to operate from -35°C to 45°C. Electronic lockout prevents accidental activation during transport, and the memory function recalls the last setting used in each lighting mode.
